Good amenities and great location close to city center. the room was adequately furnished with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi and the furniture was high quality. the hotel is located close to the city center, making it easy to access different places in the city. several shops and restaurants are situated nearby, providing an excellent place to unwind and relax after a long day.
Poor customer service and issues with room swapping at night. the customer service was poor, and the staff appeared to be understaffed, leading to delays in addressing our concerns.

Close to the university. The room was clean and breakfast was adequate.
The room is small and very basic, however, this is standard for a 3 star hotel in Milan.

The hotel offered free WiFi and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a prime location, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation.- The hotel provided a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from.
The receptionist mishandled our belongings, moving them without any prior notice or consent. The room we were moved to was smaller and had maintenance issues, including a rusty shower and a broken electrical plug.

A tram stop is located right outside the hotel which connects to the metro.
The room, while clean was shabby. One light did not work and the ceiling light flickered.

The receptionist's lack of professionalism and respect ' belongings left a negative impression.
